It is the true story of John Barker, a psychiatrist from Shelton Hospital, in Shrewsbury, who came to believe after the Aberfan disaster came to believe that there were warning signs that could have prevents the catastrophe. So he creates a Premonitions Bureau to prevent future disasters. It is very interesting, well-researched, and sometimes funny. Lots to like about this book. -Lizzie Neary (IRH Project Assistant)
