Pamela M. Potter (Resident Fellow, 2018-2019) has been awarded a fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) for the 2023-24 academic year. Located in Princeton, N.J., the position allows for uninterrupted curiosity-driven research among a community of scholars at one of the world’s foremost centers for intellectual inquiry. During her stay, Potter will continue her research relating music, the arts and the writing of cultural history to ideological, political, social and economic conditions, focusing on twentieth-century Germany, Europe, and the United States.
