IRH project assistant Josephine (Jojo) Lovejoy has been awarded the UW–Madison Department of Philosophy Oliver Prize for her essay “How to Construct a Social Kind.” The prize is given on an annual basis to a full-time philosophy graduate student who, in the opinion of the appointed faculty committee, has written the best essay in any area of Philosophy.
